Christopher Miller | Chief Operating Officer

Christopher Miller serves as Chief Operating Officer and is directly responsible for the daily operations of the firm. He reports to the CEO for matters relating to operational effectiveness and synergies across the company. His areas of responsibility include regulatory compliance, broker dealer operations, human resource development and strategic planning.

He serves concurrently as Chief Operating Officer of Guzman Energy, a full service energy trading and marketing firm. Previously he served as Chief Compliance Officer and as a Managing Director in Guzman & Company’s capital markets group. Prior to joining the financial industry he served as an officer in the United States Navy. Most notably as Engineering Officer in USS ROOSEVELT (DDG 80) and as Operations Officer in DESTROYER SQUADRON TWO FOUR. Mr. Miller continues to serve in the Naval Reserve.

Mr. Miller holds a B.S. degree from the United States Naval Academy, and advanced degrees from the Naval War College and Naval Post Graduate Schools. He holds the FINRA series 7, 14, 24.
