Pete Bazylewicz | Director of Business Development

As Director of Business Development at Guzman & Company, Mr. Bazylewicz is responsible for driving the growth of the brokerage operations, as well as contributing to the strategic direction for the firms’ overall business and offerings.

Mr. Bazylewicz has over 20 years experience in the institutional investment management business and global capital markets, where he has successfully served in and managed significant businesses across sales, trading, product, client services, and technology.

Prior to joining Guzman & Company, Mr. Bazylewicz spent over 12 years at ITG, where he served as a senior manager in the Instiitutional Sales & Trading business.Mr. Bazylewicz also previously held trading and technology positions at Charles Schwab and Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Bazylewicz received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan. He holds the FINRA Series 3, 4, 7, 24, 55, and 63 licenses.
